After leaving Death Valley we crossed a snowy pass into Nevada, went through Vegas to Valley of Fire State Park. We stayed longer than expected in this area due to the absolute beauty in the landscape. Every day we found another area to hike with amazingly coloured rock formations.
Joshua Tree National park was next on our path. This is a park we visited years ago in a 1976 Westy but got snowed out one day in. This time we were able to enjoy the park and landscapes getting some amazing images.
